Vegan Polenta Lasagna

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Cheddar Style, 4 oz Garlic, 7 clove Himalayan Pink Salt, 0.5 tsp (for beans if they aren't salted) Beans, black, 1.5 cup *Polenta, Food Merchant Brand, 1 tube DelGrosso Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 1 cup
Directions
Slice polenta into thin rounds. Layer polenta, sauce, veggies, cheese 2x. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and cauliflower is medium soft.
