German Meatballs

Ingredients
Bread Crumbs with italian romano cheese, 60 gram(s)Onions, raw, 50 gramsGround beef, lean, 480 gramsEgg, fresh, 1 largePrepared Yellow Mustard, 1 tspHorseradish, 15 gram(s)Paprika, 0.5 tspMarjoram, dried, 1 tspThyme, ground, 0.5 tspCold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp
Directions
Cut onion in small cubes. Mix beef with breadcrumbs, onion, egg, mustard, horseradish, marjoram, thyme and paprika powder together and use salt & pepper to taste.

Form 8 meatballs. Put oil in nonstick pan and heat up. Fry meatballs on both sides for 4-6 minutes each side.

Serving Size: makes 8 meatballs, 2 pieces are one portion
