6 ounces ground turkey breast1-1/2 tablespoons sourdough breadcrumbs3 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk2-1/4 teaspoons green onions, minced2-1 /4 teaspoons parsley, chopped1 /4 teaspoon Dijon mustard1 dash Worcestershire sauceblack pepper to taste
Directions
1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
2. Combine all ingredients and divide mixture into patties, size according to nutrition level ( see below)
3. Grill until cooked through,7 to 10 minutes per side.
