Minestrone soup

Ingredients
1 pkg sausage - I used low fat but can use regular2 large onions4 cups water3 large carrots - cut small4 stalks celery - cut small1/2 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 Tbsp Parsley1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1 Tbsp sugar1 clove garlic pressed1 can chicken broth1 small can tomatoe sauce2 cans stewed or crushed tomatoes (I use crushed)1 can green beans with water1 can kidney beans - drained and rinsed1/2 package orzo pasta cooked
Directions
brown meat, onions and garlic, remove grease. Add other ingredients except green beans, kidney beans and pasta - simmer 5-6 hours then add green beans, kidney beans and pasta.

Makes about 17 1-cup servings
