Nutella and Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
2/3 cup canola oil1/2 cup nutella2/3 cup brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp vanilla3 cups oats1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 cup hazelnuts1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F. Beat together oil and nutella, then beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla. In a separate bowl mix together oats, flour, baking powder and soda. Stir in the nutella mixture but do not over mix. Using the back of a heavy pot, gently crush the hazelnuts, so they are still chunky but no longer whole, stir in. Drop onto a baking sheet in rounds about 1 1/2 tablespoons big. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a cooling rack, and don't spoil your dinner.
