Ingredients
1 1/2 cup fro peas, cooked and pureed1 medium avacado rough mashed1/4 finely chopped onion3/4 c chopped and seeded tomatoes2 T greek non fat yogurtjuice of 1 Limesalt and pepperpinch of cumincilantro if desired to taste.
Directions
mix all ingredients season to tast .I serve with cucumber slices as "chips"
