Grilled Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
About a pound of raw shrimp, devained, tail on un-cooked (34 shrimp)Cooking SprayJuice of 1 lime2 tsp of garlic mincedDash of Black PepperDash of Cayenne Pepper1 Tbsp. of Parsley
Directions
Spray shrimp with cooking spray and then follow below:

In a plastic bag or bowl, marinate the shrimp with all the ingredients. Place in the fridge for at least an hour up to 4 hours or so.

Place the shrimp on a skewer and place on a hot grill. Cook for about 3 minutes per side. Watch the shrimp, when they turn pink, there done!

Serve with some rice or a fruit and vegetable kabob or a side of chicken or all of the above! Enjoy!!!
