Cashew Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast1 C chicken broth2 T soy sauce1 T hoisin sauce1 T sherry1 tsp sugarsprinkle of ginger2 tsp sesame oil1/2 tsp garlic powder2 tsp sesame oil1 C carrots1 C celery1 C mushrooms1 C sugar snap peas1 C red pepper1 C onions1 C water chestnuts
Directions
cut veggie and chicken. Mix sauce ingredients except sesame oil. Stir fry chicken in 3 batches. Stir fry veggies. Put all together in wok and add sauce and stir fry until thickened. Serve topped with cashews if desired and also brown rice. Neither cashews or brown rice are in nutrition count.
