Ingredients
Saute peppers, onions. Heat up corned beef style seitan in pan, sauerkraut in pot. Heat up skillet. Assemble sandwich minus thousand island. Butter/oil both sides of bread and grill in pan. Once toasty--remove and spread on thousand island.
