Cinnamon, ground, 4 tbsp Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 cupsBanana, fresh, 1 largeBaking Powder, 4 tsp Honey, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 4 tsp packed Whole Wheat Flour, 4 cupsFlour, white, .25 cup Egg whites, 3 Milk, nonfat, 1.75 cupsBlueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.5 cup, unthawed
mix all dry ingredients except .25 C flour, brown sugar and half cinnamon. Break up banana and add to dry ingredients, cut in like making biscuits. In a four cup measure put egg whites and then milk to equal 2 cups. Blend and add to dry mixture. Add applesauce, stir until well blended. Add bluberries. Pour into a sprayed 9x13 pan. In a small bowl combine rest of cinnamon, flour and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the top of the batter, sort of spreading it in with a knife. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean in middle. cut into 15 servings.
