hCG Phase 2 - 5-Spice Chicken Chow Mien with Yam Miracle Noodles

200 g thinly sliced chicken breasts2 tsp chopped garlic1 tsp grated ginger root2 Chile Arbol, seeded and cut into 3rds2 tsp thinly sliced Basil Leaves1 TBS chopped cilantro2 tsp 5Spice Powder3 Cups shredded cabbage1/4 cup chicken broth2 TBS Braggs Amino Acids2 tsp extra virgin olive oil1 Package Yam Miracle Noodles- prepared according to directions(do this last, before you begin stir frying)Sriracha
1. Prepare all ingredients as described.
2. Preheat a wok or a large skillet to medium high temperature, almost to a smoking point.
3. Add the oil to the hot pan and tilt to coat the bottom, add chicken and quickly stir fry the chicken strips to where they turn mostly white.
4. Turn heat to high and add garlic, ginger, and chiles and continue stir frying until chicken is almost cooked through. Spray with Pam to keep from burning(if needed).
5. Add Cabbage and 5 spice, stirring and mixing while cooking.
6. Add stock, Braggs, Cilantro and Basil. Mixing well to wilt the cabbage a bit.
7. Mix in Miracle Noodles.
Serve in bowls with Sriracha Hot Sauce.
