Ginny's Chili

Ingredients
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 can chili beans1 can corn, drained5 small cans tomato sauce2 14-oz cans diced tomatoes1 lb ground beef (or turkey)1 med onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped3 cloves garlic, choppedCuminchili powdercayenne pepper
Directions
brown beef, cooking in green pepper, onion and garlic. drain corn and beans, mix all ingredients in a big pot. add cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper to taste. simmer until thick.

This is great over brown rice
