Fruited spinach salad with turkey and toasted walnuts

Ingredients
1 pkg of baby spinach1 lg Granny Smith apple, quartered, cored, and thinly sliced1 lg pear, quartered, cored, and thinly sliced4 oz slice turkey, cut into 2x1/2 strips1/4 cup thinly slice red onion2 tbsp pumpkin seeds2 tbsp golden raisins2 tbsp coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted.Dressing:1/2 cup buttermilk2 tbsp reduced calorie mayo1 tbsp cider vinegar1 1/2 tsp grainy Dijon mustard1/2 tsp coarse-ground black pepperSalt to taste.
Directions
To make dressing: In a salad bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, mayo, vinegar, mustard, pepper and salt.

Assembly salad: Add the spinach, apple, pear, turkey, onion. pumpkin seeds, raisins and walnuts to the salad bowl.
