2 cups quick oats1 Cup hodgson mill whole wheat flour3/4 cup TVP (ground up more if needed)1/2 cup brown sugar (packed)3/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1 cup raisins (not packed)1 Tbsp ground cinnamon1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 cup flax seed4 Scoops EAS whey protein powder (vanilla)1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup canola oil1/2 cup honey4 large eggs1 tsp vanilla extract3 Tbsp cocoa powder1 C skim milk
Grind TVP in blender into smaller pieces
Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients in two separate bowls, combine and pour into greased 9X13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Cut into 16 pieces. 332 calories, 13.8 grams protein
If kept for more than one week, refrigerate for storage.
