Ingredients
8 ounces pitted frozen sweet cherries1/2 cup nonfat yogurt1 servings Designer WheySucralose to taste1/2 cup water (or enough to make smoothie blendable)Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender.
Use enough ice to make a pleasing consistency.
Blend until all ingredients are mixed. Stop and scrape down sides with a spatula if needed.
