Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients
16 oz Reduced Fat sour cream1 10 oz can Cream of Potato soup1 Cup 1% milk1 tsp onion powder1 tsp white pepper2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2%1 cup good grated parmesan cheese2 lbs (4 cups) Ore Ida country style hash brown potatos
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 (or similar) casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, or until bubbling.
