*Bird's Eye (Steamfresh - Brown & Wild Rice w/ Corn, Carrots & Peas), 2 cup (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) *Fit & Active Egg Substitute, 0.75 cup (remove) *SunBird Fried Rice Seasoning Mix, 10 tsp (remove) *Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) *Garlic powder, .125 tsp (remove) *Ground Ginger, .125 tsp (remove)Salt & Pepper to tasteOptional: 1 c chopped bean sprouts
Combine seasoning mix, garlic powder & groupnd ginger w/ soy sauce & 3 Tbsp warm water. Using a fork or whisk, stir until the seasoning mix has dissolved, set aside.
Spray pan w/Pam olive oil spray, bring to medium heat. Add egg substitute & scramble until cooked, using a spatula to break it up into bite-sized pieces. Remove from pan & set aside.
Add mushrooms & green onion to pan & stir until softened, remove from pan. Respray pan, bring to high heat, add rice & seasoning mix, & stir to combine. Add veggies & eggs & mix thoroughly. Cook & stir until hot, season to taste w/salt & pepper
