Chicken Meatballs (serve with stir fry veg and noodles)

Ingredients
450g chicken breast2 scallions4tsp sesame oil3" piece of ginger root4 tbsp soy sauce2 cloves of garlic2 tsp coriander powder1 tsp cumin4 tsp sugardried chilli flakeslemon or lime
Directions
In a food processor mince the chicken breast with the spring onions (scallions), a 2 " piecer of peeled ginger root, garlic and any spices that you want (I used 2tsp coriander and 1tsp cumin). Roll into balls and grill for 5-7 mins turning once.

Serve with a dipping sauce made of the sesame oil, soy sauce, some dried chilli flakes, the remaining ginger, sugar and a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
