Chicken Broccoli Alfredo w/ WW Noodles

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless8 oz. Whole wheat noodles, penne is our favorite2 cups broccoli, chopped8 oz (1/2 bottle) of ready-made alfredo sauce
Directions
1 - Boil water for noodles
2 - Grill or pan-fry chicken breast, and then slice in strips
3 - Chop and cook broccoli to your liking (can also use frozen if you like)
4 - Drain noodles & broccoli and combine with sauce. Cook briefly over low heat to warm-up the sauce.
5 - Serve pasta on plates and top with chicken.
Serves 4.

By using ready-made sauce, this recipe is quick and easy. The sauce is high in fat, but there is almost no fat in the other ingredients. So, overall this makes an easy & healthy recipe. Hope you enjoy!
