Broccoli and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large Egg white, 2 serving Broccoli, fresh, .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .33 cup, chopped *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup Garlic, 1 clove Red Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, chopped
Directions
Sautee veggies in evoo for until veggies are bright and onions are browned. Pour the mixture over the cooked veggies. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until egg is set and then add 1/4 cup of the 2% shredded cheddar cheese. Continue cooking til the cheese is melted.

Serve and enjoy.
