Italian Style Veggie Pizza Burgers

1 Tablespoons Olive Oil1 Medium Zucchini, sliced1 Medium Red Onion, sliced1 Can Stewed Tomatoes4 Morningstar Farms Tomato and Basil Pizza Burgers1 Tablespoom Basil4 slices fresh Mozzarella cheese.
Heat 1 Tbsp Olive Oil in a small sauce pan. Add the sliced onion and zucchini and sauté until translucent and soft. Add 1 drained can of stewed tomatoes and basil for flavor. Continue to cook over a medium flame until heated.
In a separate pan, microwave, or oven, heat veggie burgers per the instructions on the box.
Serve veggie burger topped with mozzarella cheese and sautéd vegetables. May serve on hamburger bun (not calculated).
