Whole Wheat Banana Bread (2 Loaves)

Ingredients
3 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 Cup Unpacked Brown Sugar1/2 Cup Honey2/3 Cup Applesauce3 T Melted Butter2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract4 Eggs7-9 Mashed Bananas (Overly Ripe Works Best)1 teaspoon Salt2 teaspoon Baking Soda1/2 Cup Hot WaterOptional*:Dark ChocolateNuts (Pecans or Walnuts)*Will Change Nutritional Information
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, beat applesauce, melted butter,and honey together. Add eggs, and mix well. Stir in bananas and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Add baking soda to hot water, stir to mix, and then add to batter. Spread batter into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

3. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 1/2 hour before slicing.

It made 2 medium loaves along with 7 muffins for me. Skip the muffins for larger loaves.
