Gingered Chicken with Mango over Rice

Ingredients
2 T olive oil2 cloves garlic2 chicken breasts, diced1 mango, peeled and chopped2 T brown sugar1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp gruond ginger1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 tsp ground cloves
Directions
In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic briefly, until fragrant - about 1 minute. Stir in chicken breast, salt and pepper to taste. Cook through, abotu 10 minutes.

In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Once chicken is cooked throug, stir mango mixture in with chicken and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Serve over 1 cup of white rice.
