chili bean chili

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1 tsp minced garlic1 lb ground beef, cooked and rinsed2 (14.5 oz) canned diced tomatoes1-1/2 tbsp chili powder1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp pepper1 tbsp granulated beef bullion1 dash salt2 can chili beans2 cup water
Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and saute' the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
Stir in the beef, and cook until evenly brown.
Mix in tomatoes, and chili beans.
Stir in beef bullion and water.
Season with chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes or put in slow cooker.
If desired service with shredded cheddar cheese.
