1.5 poblano peppers4 oz. light cream cheese2 oz. fat free shredded cheddar3/4 c, black beans1/4 c. salsa2 T sour cream
Char peppers and remove peel. Mix all ingred. except sour cream. Fill peppers. Bake 350 for 15-20 min. until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and extra salsa.
