Ingredients
7 oz. Barilla Pasta Plus Pennel can cream of mushroom 98% fat free soupl lbs. 93% Lean ground beefl cup fat free sour cream5 oz. mixed vegetables , frozen
Directions
Brown ground beef, add uncooked noodes., 2 l/2 cup hot water, and frozen vegetables, simmer 10 minutes until pasta is tender, add cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Heat and serve.

    I added onions and garlic to the beef with spices while it was cooking. It had plenty of flavor. I also doubled the veggies.

    I had high hopes for this one - it seemed a lower-fat alternative for the usual high-fat/calorie casseroles. Unfortunately this one is very much lacking in flavor. Very bland. Neither my husband nor I cared for it. - 7/14/08
