Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 8 oz (remove) *Lamb, Ground, 8 oz (remove) Spinach, fresh, 20 grams (remove) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 20 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 20 grams (remove)
Directions
combine spinach, bell pepper, and onions into a processor and cut into fine matter.
combine beef and lamb, add in vegetable mixture and mix well
measure out 5 meat balls at 4 oz. each
take two saucers lay one upside down on stable surface, place meat ball in the rim, take other saucer and mash the saucers together, in a skillet or grill place and cook till firm in the middle, enjoy like any other burger
