Chicken Philly (does not include bread)

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Portabella Mushrooms, one top of large Green Peppers (bell peppers), about .5 cup Muenster Cheese Spices - salt, pepper, garlic powder, sazon goya, italian seasoning to taste
Directions
Cut chicken into thin slices
Spray pan with cooking spray and cook chicken with spices
Remove chicken and cook veggies with some additional spices
Return chicken to pan and heat
Place filling and cheese into bread of your choice
Broil to melt cheese and toast bread
Enjoy
