Ranger Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup margarine1 cup brown sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt2 cups rice krispies1 cup white sugar2 eggs2 cups flour1/2 tsp baking powder2 cups quick oatmeal1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, balking powder, baling soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
