Whole Wheat/Splenda Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 C sugar (half sugar/half splenda)3/4 C Canola Margarine1 1/2 C mashed bananas (about 3)2 beaten eggs1 tsp. vanilla1/2 C milk2 tsp. vinegar2 C whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda3/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
1. Blend sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla well. Add bananas.
2. Mix milk and vinegar well and add to mixture.
3. Add dry ingredients.
4. Blend VERY well.
5. Pour into bread pans.
6. Bake 1 hour at 350. Do toothpick test to check for doneness.
Makes 2 loaves (8 slices each).
