Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 3 extra large (remove)*Stevia, 3 serving (remove)Cream Cheese, 2 oz (remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .60 cup (remove)Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tsp (remove) you can adjust the spices as you like. the canned pumpkin i use is Libby's brand. [I use half the can]
Add all ingredients in your blender and whirl til smooth.
