Chicken/Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
2 cups basmati rice2 skinless/bonelss chicken breasts chopped up1 large egg scrambled 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 cup each of broccoli and bean/carrot medley340g cooked shrimp (no tail, deveined)
Directions
saute chicken and shrimp in olive oil until cooked then add vegetable. Cook rice separately and add vegetable mixture on top. Serve with soya sauce and/or franks red hot.
