Ingredients
1 Box Great Value Sugar Free Cherry Gelatin1 Cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
Prepare jello per package instructions. Pour Jello in glass baking dish. When cool enough to hand, put in freezer for about 5-10 mins, just enough to settle. Then take half the jello and the one cup of yogurt and mix in blender or mixer. Add yogurt mixture to remain jello to make the parfait. Put in small 1 cup containers and place in fridge.

This is so good and is under 50 calories!!! I hope you like it.
