Stuffed Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
I cup Brown Rice cooked3 lbs Ground Turkey1 large onion diced2 cloves garlic minced1 large carrot shredded1/2 tsp ground coriander1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp allspice1 tbsp Smoked Paprika1 head savoy cabbage shredded1 can diced tomatoes3 cups chicken stock3 tbsp fresh dill chopped
Directions
Cook Rice according to package

Brown ground turkey, season with cumin, coriander, allspice and paprika. Add onion, garlic and carrots cook an addition 2 to 3 minutes add cabbage until wilted. Add tomatoes and chicken stock simmer for an addition 20 to 30 minutes. Add fresh dill. Add cooked rice.

Salt and Pepper to taste.
