frozen fruit bars

Ingredients
2 C. halved fresh strawberries1 large ripe banana2 pineapple slices1/4 c pineapple juice (from can of slices)2 Tblsp frozen orange juice concentrate1 6 oz cup Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt
Directions
Throw everything in the blender and pulse then puree. Pour into popsicle molds or papercups with sticks and freeze till firm. I don't add any sweetner, but a no cal sweetner may be added to taste.

Serving Size: 8-12 pops depending on the size of molds.
