swiss mushroom burger wrap

1 1/2 LBS extra lean ground beef or any ground meat1 1/2 cups of sliced fresh mushrooms2 TBS olive oil2-3 flour torillia soft taco shells. I use missions.2 slices of swiss cheese1/2 cup lettus any kind.
heat oil in a medium fry pan, then add the meat and the sliced mushrooms. cook until meat is browned and mushrooms are cooked.
then take the torillia shells and heat them for easy folding.
place lettus then meat and mushroom mixture on top of lettus.
place swiss cheese on top, wrap up like a soft taco.
enjoy.
Serving Size: makes 2-3 wraps
