Salt and Pepper biscuits

Ingredients
make a well with the 5 lbs of flour all other ingredients can be added slowly to center of flour well.
Directions
make a well with the 5 lbs of flour
add liquid in middle
knead and roll into circles or bows or just long sticks [breadsticks]

put a pot of water on stove and let it come to a rolling boil--then drop into water until they rise--remove onto racks

put racks directly into oven and bake @ 350 degrees until golden color

you may need to turn them if you do not have a convection oven............enjoy
great with wine

Serving Size: i have counted each biscuit as a serving so if you get more than 200 then you will be consuming less calaries--I like to make them almost like a pretzel so they are big....
