Tofu Stir-fry

1/3 block of Extra Firm Tofu1/4 shredded or grated carrots1/4 cup chopped onion1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodiumA handful of diced Red Bell Peppers1/4 cup Green Beans1 tbsp Ginger, ground1 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1/4 cup Mushrooms, fresh1/4 of a 10 oz pkg of Broccoli, frozen1/4 cup Snap peas2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Heat oil in pan on medium-high, until you can hear it sizzle. Add the vegetables and tofu; stir-fry for 10 minutes. Then add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and ground ginger. Stir-fry for another 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
