Aloe Vera Juice - Naturel, 0.21 cupnon-sweetened Soy milk 1 cup Whey Protein powder 80 - Vanilla - Power System, 20 gram(s) Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)Strawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, halves2 servings (6oz cups) fat free yogurt (flavor of choice)
Directions
Throw it all in the blender and blitz until required consistency. Serve. Refrigerate remainder for later.
