Crustless Pesto Salami Quiche

Ingredients
Pesto - 1 tablespoonEggs - 5 largeHalf and Half - 1 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese - 1 cupHard Salami - 5 slicesMuffin Pan
Directions
In a bowl beat eggs. Add half and half and pesto, mix thoroughly.
Chop salami. In a skillet heat salami for a couple minutes. Drain and pat dry in paper towels.
Pour egg mixture muffin pan. Top with chopped salami and cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until filling is solid.
Serve hot or cold.
