Slendid Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 egg1 cup Chunky Peanut Butter (regular)1/2 c Splenda
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon until combines. Let stand for 5 minutes. Roll into balls, and place on to parchment paper on cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 9 1/2 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool on rack for 5-10 minutes and enjoy.

    I just made these today and they are OK. I got 15 cookies using a 1 TBSP plastic measuring spoon. The cookies are a little bitter from all the Splenda and very crumbly. They almost fall apart when you touch them. - 12/6/08
