HCG Turkey Chili

Ingredients
93/7 Ground White Turkey meat 20 oz2 14.5 oz cans, organic diced tomatoes. no sugar 1 cup water5 tsp minced garlic5 tsp minced onion3 tsp oregano3 tsp cumin3 tsp basil3 tsp thyme2 tsp cayanne (or to your heat preference)salt to taste
Directions
Cook turkey with garlic and onion until turkey is done, adding a little water to keep from sticking. I puree the tomatoes in a blender because I dont like chunks of tomatoes.
In large pot combine all ingredients and bring to boil on med heat. Allow to boil down until desired consistency for chili.
I seperate into 5 equal servings and freeze 3 for later use.

(1 protein, 1 vegetable)

Serving Size: 5 servings, 1 1/4 cup depending on how much water is reduced
