Sesame Shrimp Soup

3 cups chopped baby bok choy1 1/2 cups chopped carrots1 cup chopped onion1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli1 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms1 1/2 cups chopped celery6 oz raw peeled shrimp6 boullion cubes 2 tbsp sesame oil1 tbsp canola oilEnough water to bring up to 20 cups
Roughly chop all vegetables . Saute onions in canola oil until translucent. Add carrots , boullion cubes and 6 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes or until carrots are firm but tender. Add celery, broccoli and cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, bok choy and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink. Add sesame oil and add enough water to make 20 cups. Snow peas, bean sprouts , cauliflower or any combination of vegetables can be used. Just make sure you do not overcook the veggies, they should be tender crisp.
