Egg White and Veggie Quiche

Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 30 large Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium Onions, raw, .50 large Zucchini, baby, 2 medium Pecorino Romano Cheese (Sheep), 2 oz (grated finely)Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Saute all veggies except for zucchini, lightly oil a 8x10 glass baking dish (rectangular) place zucchini in first evenly then top with sauteed veggies, then put in your egg whites and top with finely grated cheese.
Put into preheated oven at 350 C for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned or crispy around edges.
