Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Asparagus, fresh, 19 spear, small Garlic, 6 tsp Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels Peas, frozen, 1 cup Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Jalapeno Peppers, 3 pepper Bell Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped
Directions
Chop & blend all ingredients in crock pot. Do not add salt. Add pepper & spices to your liking. Slow cook in pot or Slow cooker for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes about 10 one cup servings.
