Excellent recipe. The sauce is succulent. The only recommendation I would have is to dice potatoes more finely, as some of mine weren't completely cooked though. - 4/6/09

I double this recipe and instead of adding more potatoes I added asparagus and zucchini. Used cream of celery because I didn't have mushroom. Turned out great. I love this recipe super easy and great tasting. - 4/9/13

This was SO yummy!! I did dice my potatoes smaller and they were perfect. I had it with some baked cinnamon apples. - 9/2/12

I very seldom rate recipes, in fact one of my pet peeves, is to see someone commenting on a recipe before they have actually tried it. That being said, this is an incredible recipe just like it is. My only adjustment in the future is to make my own mushroom soup to cut down on the sodium. - 8/29/11

I made this with the onion soup mix. It was very good. Next time I will add whole mushroom. - 7/20/09

Amazing flavor and so filling!! I quartered the potatoes like others had suggested and they were done in 30 minutes. Next time I plan to throw this all in the crock pot on low. This is a keeper on the menu!! - 1/26/21

Very tasty. Note to self, be sure to put potatoes under chops so that they get fully cooked. I cooked the dish for over 30 min to make sure potatoes were cooked. This will be added to our rotation. - 1/8/20

This sounds similar to a meal my boyfriend's mom makes. however she cooks everything separately then mixes it all together on her plate. - 12/10/13

very good, but I only added 1T. of ranch mix and it was flavorful enough without the extra sodium. My husband loved this! I will be making this more often. I like that it is a quick meal made in one skillet. A quick veggies side dish or salad and a complete meal is on the table in <45 min. - 9/27/12

This recipe was fantastic. My husband absolutley loved it and it was so easy to make. I sliced my potatoes very thin so they were done in the listed 20 minutes. YUMMY! - 8/14/12

I made this tonight. I switched the ranch for ranch onion dip. Delicious!!! I used 5 chops to feed my family of 5. Thank you for sharing this recipe. - 7/19/12

I made this last night and it was amazing! Even hubby liked it, even though he hates everything i make if it's not steak or fish. I used cream of chicken soup because I didn't have cream of mushroom, and I used Lawry's Seasoning Salt instead of paprika. Will try next time w frozen veggies. - 6/27/12

This was very good. I used the green onion ranch dip I had on hand and added frozen asparagus for the vegetable. It was excellent. Hubby actually ate 2 helpings. Will definitely try again. - 6/18/12

I had to make a couple variations too because of what ingredients I had on hand. Regardless this recipe is a keeper! - 3/27/12

Loved it. It was really filling as well. I did use cream of celery soup, and tossed a splash more milk in then half a cup. Its definitely made the rotation however. - 3/6/12

Very yummy! Hubby loved it as well. We also exchanged cream of mushroom to cream of chicken and had to cook closer to 30-35 minutes for potatoes to cook even though I had cut them fairly small. We added broccoli and thought it was a perfect meal! - 2/24/12

This one has been a big hit at my house. I use Creme of Celery because we're not really mushroom fans. I also use a mix of sweet potatoes (yams) and regular potatoes, and sometimes add baby carrots. I also don't bother with the Paprika. My only concern is the sodium content. - 2/9/12
