Easy Berry Pudding

1 ripe avocado1 ripe banana1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1. Slice the avocado and cut the banana into chunks. Place both in a food processor or blender and set aside.
2. Heat berries just until no longer frozen. Add to the food processor or blender.
3. Blend until smooth, allow to cool, and enjoy! Can be refrigerated overnight.
Serving Size: Makes approximately four 1/2 cup servings
