cucumber ranch salad

Ingredients
2 cucumbers2 tomatoes1 small white onion8 tablespoons wishbone light ranch
Directions
peel and slice cucumbers, dice both tomatoes, dice onion and add ranch. Put in fridge for 2 hours to chill and stir before serving. sometimes i use this for a topping over a side of low-fat cottage cheese.
