Fruit Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1 cup Raspberries (or any other fruit like blueberries, mango, pineapple, blackberries, orange, ect)1 tbsp Extra-virgin Olive Oil1/3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp poppyseeds (optional)
Directions
In a blender, place the fruit, olive oil, vinegar, and up to 2 teaspoons water. Blend until smooth and pourable, adding more water 1 teaspoon at a time as necessary to thin the mixture. Add poppyseeds if desired. Use at once or store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
