Strip Steak & Gravy

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 24 oz (remove)*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Heinz Home Style Savory Brown Gravy, canned, 1.50 cup (remove)Garlic Pepper SeasoningLawry's Seasoning SaltWorchestire Sauce
Directions
Dice green peppers and onions
Heat 2 tbs canola oil in a large skillet.
Cut steak into bite-sized strips.
Season Steak with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, and worchestire sauce to your liking.
Place steak, green peppers, and onions in hot oil in skillet and cook until medium well or to your liking.
Add 1 jar of gravy.
Simmer 10 - 15 minutes covered.

Serve on top of rice, white or brown. I also eat this w/ green beans and cornbread.
